On Monday, June 10, 2013 at 3:17 a.m. the Fort Myers Police Department received a call from an alarm company in reference to a burglary in progress at the Carmax located at 3000 Colonial Boulevard. Officers on the FMPD Delta Shift responded to the call and quickly set up a perimeter. Officers observed two cars being driven erratically on the lot.
