On Friday May 3, 2013 at 2:27 p.m. the Fort Myers Police Department’s Special Investigations Group with the assistance of SWAT and unformed officers conducted a search warrant at 2776 Lemon Street. Detectives initiated the investigation in reference to drug sales from the residence. Police seized (32) small Ziploc baggies containing approximately 17 grams of marijuana packaged for street distribution, (7) pieces of crack cocaine and (9) Hydrocodone pills. Police arrested the following people:
James Ira Felix (d.o.b. 08/30/82) was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to sell within 1000 feet of a school.
Priscilla Woolfolk (d.o.b. 02/16/56) was arrested for violation of probation. Mrs. Woolfolk is currently on probation for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell from a previous search warrant at her residence.
John Woolfolk (d.o.b. 02/01/38) was arrested for violation of probation. Mr. Woolfolk is currently on probation for sale of cocaine within 1000 of a school, (6) counts which also stemmed from a previous search warrant at his residence.
The Woolfolks’ probation was violated as a result of their presence during undercover drug sales that occurred at their residence and in their presence.
