Police Investigating Suspicious Incident

On December 21, 2012 at 3:55 p.m. officers received a call in reference to a past occurred assault. The victim claims that she was walking home in the 3600 block of Palm Beach Boulevard at 2:30 a.m. when she was approached by an unknown male. She says the suspect appeared to have his hand underneath his shirt and implied he had a weapon. The female continued walking but the suspect followed her. She says the suspect then attempted to get her into a vehicle that was being driven by another person.  The victim was able to get away and she was not harmed.

The victim described the suspect as Hispanic. She said he talked to her in Spanish. He was 30 to 40 years old and was wearing a white shirt and black shorts. The truck is described as and older, green, two-door pickup truck with the word “FOREVER” on the rear window. She could only see that the person inside the truck was wearing a baseball cap.
