Police Need Help Identifying Suspect Who Fraudulently Used A Credit Card

The Fort Myers Police Department is currently investigating a case where the victims credit cards were fraudulently used to purchase gasoline and other items. The incident occurred on June 8, 2014 at approximately 2:00 a.m. The incident occurred at the RaceTrac located at 2335 Cleveland Avenue. Video surveillance captures the suspect in the store and using the card at the register. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6' 00" - 6' 02" tall, thin build with and dark, thin moustache. The suspect was last seen wearing a orange shirt, black jeans, black and white tennis shoes and a white baseball cap. The suspect has a large image of a cross tattooed on his left inner forearm. Police are asking the public to view the attached still images depicting the offender.
