The preliminary investigation revealed an unknown black male suspect entered the residence and attacked the victim. The black male, only described as wearing a light green t-shirt, fled the residence in a white newer model Toyota Camry.

The victim has been transported to Lee Memorial Hospital for her injuries and is in stable condition.
