Should not have any Felony Convictions. The Minimum Qualifications for the volunteer position are: Physical – Tasks involve walking, standing, lifting, and carrying objects varying in weight. Interpersonal – Requires the ability to speak and/or signal people to convey or exchange information, including giving and receiving instructions, assignments, and/or directions. Language - Requires the ability to read a variety of materials relevant to government. Intelligence – Requires the ability to analyze and interpret problems and draw a valid conclusion.
